Yoga is often billed as the ultimate antidote to life in the fast lane and in Dubai, where our every fitness and wellness whim seems to be attended to, we are spoilt for choice with the sheer variety of classes on offer. Follow our top tips to make sure you get the most from your sun salutations and feel glowing from head to toe thanks to the yoga that best suits YOU!

Flexibility, balance and coordination vastly improve whilst you ‘un-mind and un-wind’ thanks to the restorative yoga section at the end of the class.

Best for

Those wishing to combine yoga and dance by cultivating their intuition and creativity.
